Claus KJELDEN - CEO • Copenhagen Institute For Future Studies
Claus Kjeldsen is an internationally known key note speaker giving presentations on various topics related to futures studies in a strategic perspective.
Claus has also worked with several international and global companies on larger strategic projects involving futures studies - including retail brands, manufacturing companies and government institutions.
Prior to his engagement with CIFS he worked as a management consultant and as CEO of start-up’s and turn around’s.
Michel SALOFF-COSTE - Research & International Relations • In Principo
Michel Saloff-Coste is an international integral and global futurist, researcher, business advisor and entrepreneur working with individuals, corporations and governments to foster “fast insights into alternative futures”.
As well as being a skilled facilitator, he delivers engaging, transformational and inspirational speeches and workshops.
Operating professionally in Europe, United States and Asia, Michel has a broad experience in transition management, organizational culture, consumer behavior, business development and applied futures studies. He handles a broad range of topics within the realm of futures studies and innovation, as well as future paradigms in a range of specific sectors and industries. Michel joins In Principo in 2010 as a Research and International Relations Director.
Olivier REAUD
Former eBusiness Director at Saint Gobain group, Olivier REAUD has a firm belief in the power of collaborative dynamics to improve ability for organization to face changes. In 2002, he creates In Principo, a facilitation company focused on collaborative management.
In Principo proposes facilitation services to vivify value oriented collaborative dynamics as agility, innovation, collective performance. In Principo has developed solid practices in innovative seminars, online community management, managerial practices, co-leadership and collaborative transformation.

Louise KOLAI
After a graduation in historical studies, Louise Kolaï worked as a trainer and a project manager in different organizations.
She lead innovative projects in the fields of local development, vocational training, job consultancy. She created collaborative contexts gathering various stakeholders: institutional organizations, local associations, firms and local citizens.
In 2012, Louise Kolaï was trained to perform collaborative techniques such as world café, open forum... She joined In Principo team in 2013 to develop creative shapes of seminars and trainings.
