2019 WAYFINDER PURPOSE SYMPOSIUM FOR HIGHER EDUCATION
STANFORD UNIVERSITY PALO ALTO, CA JULY 30-AUG 1, 2019
This summer, Project Wayfinder will gather a select group of 30 college educators to help shape the growing purpose learning movement in higher education. Explore the science and philosophy of purpose through three days of keynote talks, experiential workshops, and collaborative forums.
Project Wayfinder’s college purpose-learning toolkit is currently being prototyped at University of California, Berkeley, Stanford University, and Brown University. This summer we will share our tools and insights from our research and will invite attending educators to partner with us in piloting the curriculum in the upcoming school year. Click here for our FAQ on the Purpose Symposium.
Wayfinder’s college curriculum resonates with my students, guiding them to think critically about who they are, where they belong, and what matters. They felt an immediate emotional connection to the materials and benefit from frameworks that are grounded in science and embodied through practice.
— Alan Harlam - Brown University, Providence, RI
