Perspektiven von Zukunftsforschern und globalen Initiativenin cooperation with
„Kooperation global" bestimmt den zweiten „Tag der Zukunft" am 18. Juni. In Zusammenarbeit mit der internationalen Initiative „Design me a Planet" rund um Michel Saloff-Coste und „Dragon Dreaming Austria" mit John Croft wird ein „Big Picture" weltweiter Zusammenhänge entstehen. Unter anderem sind Live-Schaltungen zu Ervin László, Alexandre Rojey, Alain Gauthier und Herman Gyr geplant. Der Abend steht im Zeichen des „International Come together" auf Einladung des Carinthia International Clubs.This research program for exploring long-term future is being designed as a unique place in the world, where an interdisciplinary, international and cross-organisational team interacts on a continuing, networked basis to explore a diversity of possible scenarios for the long-term future and their likely implications for local strategy on the short term.

Die erste grosse Ausstellung von Michel Saloff Coste im Papiermachermuseum in Steyrermuehl in Oesterreich. Es wurden ca. 30 Werke seiner drei Hauptthemen gezeigt: die Gesichter, die Abstraktion und die Planeten.In diesem Jahr realisiert er auch seinen ersten Linolschnitt im anschliessenden Druckereimuseum.
The first big Solo Exhibition of Michel Saloff Coste in die Papiermachermuseum in Steyrermuehl in Austria. There were about 30 paintings on show representing his three main subjects: the faces, the abstraction and the planet series. He realized the same year his first lino cut in the nearby Printing Museum.

La première grande exposition personnelle de Michel Saloff Coste dans le Papiermachermuseum in Steyrermuehl en Autriche. Il y avait environ 30 tableaux dans ses trois thèmes: les visages, l'abstraction et les planètes.
Cette année il a également réalisé sa première Linogravure dans le Musée d'imprimerie adjacent.

The project is a joint venture of different research organizations which participate in the project, bringing their unique and specific analytic tools and skills. Each participant is expected to bring financial and research resources.
The Research Program is open to research centres on the basis of mutual agreements.
Research candidates to the network and the venture should present an application illustrating their motivations, background, and financial and research resources.
The Research program is supported by sponsor memberships. All sponsors are provided with the basic package: a yearly research report, access to the Research program's Internet website, and a week-long seminar every year.
