2014 12 12 Re-design San Jose Unified School District
San Jose Unified School District is embarking on the next wave of innovation to meet the ever-evolving needs of our students. In the first wave of redesign, select schools are embracing new classroom and instructional models to better engage and inspire students.
Now, we hope to consider the moon shot.
We know that a combination of forces – the changing landscape of work and skills requirements, availability of numerous digital content delivery platforms, abundance of data and new analytical tools, intensifying international competition, financial strains, and others – are challenging traditional models of education. At the same time, new educational platforms and ventures are springing up virtually every day. Some of these new ideas complement existing structures while others accentuate gaps in the current system.
In order to close the opportunity gap and ensure 21st century skills for every student, we must embrace this creative disruption and think differently about learning environments – what they look like, how they are designed, and how they deliver skills to our students.

Enseignement sur le management d'avant-garde dans le cadre du "Master in International Business" (MIB) de l'Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. Poursuite de l'enseignement dans le cadre du CRC. Cours sur le management pour l'ASFO en Guadeloupe. Participation à un séminaire de recherche sur l'évolution du conseil en Californie, organisé par Pascal Baudry et Christian Forthomme avec des consultants et des entreprises d'avant-garde. Nouvelles approches en formation et conseil en Californie : "Se changer soi-même, Changer l'entreprise, Changer la société" du 6 au 14 août. Conférence dans la cadre de la journée d'inauguration de l'Odyssée, organisée par Europa. Interview dans La Tribune Desfossés du lundi 8 mars et sur BFM le vendredi 12 mars. Le 29 novembre interview d'une heure dans l'émission d'Anita Rudman: "Voix Off" sur BFM. Lancement dans le cadre de MSC ET ASSOCIES du premier séminaire annuel qui se déroule une journée une fois par mois au Pré Catelan, avec la participation de Christian Langlade, Gilles Duval, Caroline Carr, Caroline Guidetti, Catherine Rivière et Alain Delacour."Il faut du courage pour créer une entreprise en pleine crise économique mais c'est une bonne manière de se donner du tonus. "
